TRIGGERS: Opportunities to find more freedom?

Getting triggered ain’t fun.

But it’s not supposed to be.

Triggers feel pretty uncomfortable because they show us where we’re not free.

They hold a mirror up to our own self-made prison – our beliefs about ourselves and others – and show us the healing work we need to do.

Err… yay for that!

Oh, the miracle of nature! It knows exactly how to get our attention so that we can expand more into the fullest expression of who we are.

So, back to triggers…

A trigger usually reminds us of an experience from childhood that we have not yet healed.

A trigger points us to a need that is asking to be met.

A trigger helps us bring the subconscious to the conscious.

As Peter Crone says, “Life will present us with people and circumstances to reveal to us where we are not free.”

So essentially, life is setting us up for success! It’s guiding us towards freedom!

As some of you know, I lead Transform Your Triggers workshops, which help us get specific about our own personal triggers. But not just any trigger, the ones that come up in our romantic relationships!

Is it when they don’t text you right back? When they’re chatting with a beautiful woman? When they emotionally withdraw? When they snap at you? When they need space? When they don’t listen…?

Whatever it is, bring it to this workshop!

Let’s have a play and see what we find.

It is through shining the light of our awareness onto our patterns of thought and behaviours that allows us to become free!

This workshop JUICY – I literally LOVE facilitating this amazing process of understanding your triggers so that you may see the gift waiting behind each one of them.

I lead these workshops in person and online.

If you’d like to know when the next one is, get in touch!
